General Reservation Policy
The rates provided are non-refundable and may be charged in full from the date of booking.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Special offers have specific cancellation policies, which should be reviewed.
At the time of booking, credit card details will be requested as a guarantee.
All mentioned prices include VAT at the applicable rate.
Children up to 2 years old: optional crib available at an additional cost of €10.
Children up to 12 years old: optional extra bed available at an additional cost of €10.
Children from 12 years old: optional extra bed available at an additional cost of €20.
Adults: extra bed available at an additional cost of €20.
Crib and extra bed reservations are made upon request and are subject to availability confirmation.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel.
Room service: an additional cost of €5 per night.
